Pass byte array from VB6 to VBS?

Is it possible to somehow pass a Byte array from VB6 to VB Script?
I tried all sorts of constructions but nil works sofar.
I understand VBS has no types, so at best it would be Variant that VBS
will get, but as long as I can treat it as a Byte array that will be fine.
